Every stereotype about cops in Philadelphia is true. They are all retarded white dudes who probably have had negative experiences with minorities and maybe that colors some of their actions, you know. We all live with biases. I'm thankful that I don't work in a position where it could negatively impact somebody else. It may in fact be this woman's name. She does not drop. Rile levels.
