Is There Anything Wrong With the Theory of Intellectual Property?

There are so many vested interests in copyright, it's almost unimaginable that it could ever be got rid of. The rise of piracy has put a huge dent in the ability to enforce copyright. Technology is making patent ad copyright law unenforceible. I don't see any kind of strong movement to fight it - i've argued we should try among us and free speech advocates to understand that copyright is a direct threat to freedom ofspeech.
