An aneurysm is a weakness in the wall of a cerebral vessel. It causes abnormal morphology and out pouching of that vessel. The best thing in the world is when we catch these patients before they have a rupture, because we're taking a potentially life ending or highly life threatening disease and managing it in such a way that it can have zero consequences for the patient's life.
