So many of our thoughts are useless. 95% of them are the same thoughts we had, you know, previous days. It's nice to be able to disidentify with it or to even cancel it somehow. We often don't think of emotions as actual chemical reactions that are happening in the body. Just drop down and notice what's happening in your body.
