You Get Faster by Training Slower

A lot of people think endurance training makes you fat, but it's the intensity at which you train that exhausts your glicogen levels and stimulates your appetite. Unlike the heart rate zone at which you choose to go out and run or bike or swim. If they're not learning how to burn fat and they're still chewing up their carbs, they're no more efficient through all the training they're doing. The only way to become efficient as an athlete is to extract more energy from fat at a higher and higher and higher rate of output. And we almost say it jokingly, but tha thes a tremendous amount of truth in that you get faster by training slower.
