Isn't This All Neoliberalism?
I think for me, it's inevitable that the lower class of today or the working class of today, aren't they pretty much Trump supporters? I mean, isn't that basically who is the corpus of what used to be leftism today? Well, first of all, I would push back a little bit on saying that these are all neoliberal tendencies. A lot of it's like individualism, something that is, you know, been in the American DNA for a long time. And I would also say as our lives have become more atomized and I feel like there's been a death of localism for the past two generations.
