Is It Possible to Only Have Male Pastors and Elders in a Church Without Being Patriarchal?

Is it possible to only have male pastors and elders in a church without being patriarchal? I do think that when there are systems of power, whether it's your boss, can bosses abuse? Can bosses be hierarchical? And can bosses cause harm? Absolutely if you have a pastor, and if theyare all men, could that then feed into the old boys network? Could that stir or give permissibility for sin to reign? But then the question has to be, are we saved or not? Are we christian or not?Are we depending on our ability to control our gender and our impulses, or are we depending on the spirit of god to lead.
