Jesus is seeking to evoke a moral response when he says whoever hears these words of mind and does them, right? So the idea is a moral response to the words of Jesus Not some bit of new information that he's trying to bring. The contrast in the two houses are the ones that hear the words of mind And does them or acts on them Or the ones that hearing these words ofMind and does not do them so this is kind of, it's the split of the narrow and the wide gate It's the Split of the false and the true That really is the point of the parables, all of these concluding parables.
