A lot of times we haven't even really thought through what it actually would look like to be successful and to have that like goal happen for you. That's an exercise I do with myself and with my clients. Like we take their big goal and then we break it down backwards from where the, like where it happens,. We'll say a year from now and we bring it down to today. Every day or every week, I would write down my goal. And then I would writing down like, what am I doing today to get me like one inch closer to that goal happening just to like keep in touch with it"
