How to Document the Lack of User Engagement

In government, especially where we have a lot of turnover, there's a huge lack of corporate memory. So being able to record in something, I wanted to do this or the team wanted toDo this and we were unable to became a risk. And so then from that point on, you can put it in your risk register. You can put it into your lessons learned document. We always encourage UXers and their design portfolios to include, you know, the intended concepts, even if that's not what actually happened.
