I Love Me, He Loves Me Not
John calvin said that god elects people to believe they are saved when they're not. He was making a joke, but the daisy would better represent whether i'm elect or not. I don't see any rational way you can have assurance and salvation on calvinism. You don't have to guess whether god loves you or not. On our perspective, we know that his intentions towards all is creation is good,. And he desires the best in the flourishing for every single one of us.
