The office industry is worth 30% to 50% less than it was before the pandemic. Companies are deciding that it's not enough just to have your workforce working completely remotely. The question becomes, how can we repurpose them to their higher and best use? We actually have a company called Stuff Storage that goes into the basement's faces of office or underutilized spaces and converts it into self-storage facilities.
