The Importance of Listening to Your Team

The more that you intervene in a complex messy situation, the more likely you are to actually cause some kind of unintended consequences. Human performance is such a complex system and it has all these component parts which them have all those component parts. And if you really try to over intervene on any one of those that you get unintended consequences in the system somewhere else. So I really just come back to like nailing the fundamentals then being very adaptable within the framework of the fundamentals.
