How Do You Manage Your Time Commitment?
A manager will come to your manager and ask to sort of borrow you. Sometimes it's something they were already building, but they stuck currently because there is problems with scaling the project. You kind of clean up the whole dirt. And sometimes you're involved really early when there is an idea to build new, complicated fissure that people do not know how to make it better. As for time commitment, it really depends. It might be like even 100 % of percent of time of the staff enginier dedicated to this team.
