i've been in a lot of different discussions about, ok, this is written in the s o p and we just changed the system. And so you need explain why you did it, what you did, make it traceable, these kind of things. So there's that efficiency piece that actually is a benefit to the business. It's like, if you write the procedures in such a way that it fits in with what's important to you with in the business. i would think it would empower and employ you to then this. I i can do this. This is all good. This is a place i want work. Ye.
