i think this goes back to the leadership vacu vacuum that we live in, which istoto live a life with an infinite mind set. The problem is, as those accomplishments are not predictable in time, and we live in a world where we really not only want things, but need them. And like i said before, the incentive structures we have actually encourage us to ignore the principles of the infinite game. Alll we do is damage to ourselves and the people we love because we hyjack the process for the short term while doing long term damage to ourselves or organizations.
