And so I'm able to see over time how my loads trend reps and my perception of effort. If you don't ever really push it, you can lose your perception,. Of what is failure? Because, you know, often we can do a little bit more than, than we think. So every month, every six weeks, take your lifting to salute failure where you cannot physically do another repetition.
