Is There a Difference Between a Small Town and a Big City?

The water that we consume in the city is probably more processed than, you know, what people use in smaller cities or in the countryside. And I think this actually ties a lot to how convenient it is for people to get medical help, nutrition and so on. The best hospitals are in big cities. So if you live in a small town where your political power might be really weak in America, and something like that happens, you could end up 10 years later with no action at all.
