When i saw that video of senator elizabeth warren find out and being visibly shaken, i thought of my mother. You know, my mother is a feminist writer who, in 19 73, wrote a novel about being a educated, ambitious woman in america. And it was called fear flying. She became sort of synonymous with a kind of sexuality that really undermined her academic achievement In a way that was very hard to watch for mey. I also think that she could never live it down, and i think it was very tough.
