House hacking is a way to get into property for nothing. You've pried upon the show, but like fongtoboye loans are three and a half % down. So if you're a military person, you can be gifted from a family member before you even start house hacking. Same thing in some other parts of the U.S., they call em o'hannas. Out in hawaii, they call em mother in law apartments or whatever. And i need roughly three grand to pay my bills. I just need to collect units. so i don't care how i get em.
