I'm a Broker, but I Don't Get Credit for That.

I think, you know, especially coming out of COVID and some people are feeling of maybe a bit insecure or the sales numbers aren't quite where they thought they might be. So our inclination is to go to where the work is more comfortable and it's usually the stuff we did in the prior role. And I don't want to like poke on any bruises for anyone. It reminds me of a broker, a broker conversation I recently had where I was trying to talk to a broker about relieving some burden that they were doing themselves.
