Self Energetic Living in Relational Healing Lab

Breathing is a gateway practice for self energetic living. Most survivors, when they arrive in the relational healing lab, do not have the experience of a spacious, peaceful quiet inside. It's why we have so many fire fighter behaviors and reach behaviors to artificially create somep and quiet inside our mind. Self energetic living is when you can do that yourself. This can be an ongoing self energetic quest for you. But just using the breath, i always like to think of inhaling the self energy, allowing the pause just to notice what's here for you,. And then releasing some of the strongest protective part energy from your body.
