How to Start Practising Yoga Right Now?
Yoga is a very broad category, and there are yoga components in all forms of physical movement. You don't even actually need to change your body from how it is right now. The breath work, the connection to the pronic ligt force, thetcon all of us. That can happen from wherever you are right now. And so if you maybe yoga postures are not the thing for you, like finding some kind of wellness practice that reminds you to tune back into yourself and to listen to your own breath.
