The Importance of Values in an International School
I just love being able to make a difference in some sort of way. My background my ability to kind of think creatively and divergently means that I'm always a bit nosy and want to get interested and it involved in things. So I end up getting yeah getting involved in anything I can do really. And when I got to Vietnam I realised that our cohort and the context and the students were only ever wanting to talk about academic grades and outcomes. They were almost terrified of the process because they were fearful of making a mistake and things being wrong so you'd look in books and they'd be perfect there wouldn't be any kind of creative thinking.
