Do You Think There Should Be a Forum Like That?
There's no national army that can protect the nation state from a cibre attack. You have to phone up in a cloud, flare and microsoft, and it'll get them to patch rootesn and soft. But yet, i don't know if there's a formal forum where you get to talk with your peers and nations about what kind of policy should emerge. Do you think there should be a forum like that? I mean, these are problems that will require increasing collaboration between government and international bodies and private companies.
