In yoga, we're using the power of attention, not knowledge. What i attend to, that becomes my reality for that period of time. Even miserable things like pain and trama, if i'm not attending to it, it's not my reality at that point, is no? But it gnaws at me. It bothers me. But it bothers you because you are not attending to this entirely. If you were attending to it wholly and entirely, the mind, there wouldn't be any bandwit left in the mind to be bothered about something else.
