Judge Jackson's Confirmation to the Supreme Court Was Unanimously Confirmed
This was her fourth time in the nominees seat. There was very little drama for her first three confirmations to the us Sentencing commission and to two lower courts. But this time was different. The main substantive charge was that she was soft on crime, with two lines of attack. It's simply not a justice's job to sentence criminals or to defend them.
