The Harassment of Hong Kong

The Wall Street Journal has been a stalwart defender of Jimmy. It was but a small example of the harassment that has now become routine in Chinese ruled Hong Kong. When Cato first set up the Milton Friedman Prize more than 20 years ago, Jimmy was on the International Selection Committee. Now that he's in prison for promoting these same values, Cato has not forgotten him. My second point is what Jimmy's case says about today's China.
