The Untraditional Experience of Working in a Restaurant
I remember just sort of coming to the river cafe and it actually felt like a family which is actually is more rare than it's not that common even now in restaurants. What you and Rose were doing was so untraditional from what the kind of machine teaches. So I felt like I was being liberated. One did player when the election was at 97 but as you said they were the kind of excitement, a kind of melding also politics and food and as you say culture and excitement. My last bit of advice from my dad to me was like whoever you work for just treat their business like yours.
