The Ability to Tell a Story
M, in this day and age, s as things are so dynamic, absolutely. I would say, you and vision and i feel very strongly that if you have a north star that people can get behind...you will get through massive amounts of change much better. The other example i'm thinking of is a more on managing the execution of a big change. An i think many of us have been on big projects that had great goals, but then executives cancelled them.
