How to Avoid Burnout
I would say that burnout really does go back to good self-care and I read recently that self-care not necessarily is trying to pick yourself up after you're burnt out but it really is trying to prevent burnout. So if you feel like you don't need self-care but you want to engage in it anyway feel free too. Taking time for yourself to engage in a lot of self-care helps avoid burnout also finding a balance of commitment. If I place too much emphasis on one of the four buckets then I'll burn out in whatever bucket that is. Don't be afraid to set these boundaries because good friends will respect your boundaries. They're aware of this boundary
