The Importance of Intentional Wiggle Room in Budgets

When I started using YNAB, I didn't have that margin. Things were really tight. And my budget template went right up against our income for the month. But as the income started to increase and we were paying down our debt, then I became very intentional about creating some of that margin in the budget. Now it's like come full circle. I'm back to a spot where we don't have thatmargin anymore because there's more categories that need money than what we have available.
