The Differences Between Lamb and Sheep

Do we only eat lamb meat? Does anyone eat sheep meat? I have heard of mutton. Mutton is the older sheep. There are some breeds that you get from mutton. It's not very popular. Americans don't eat as much lamb as British people do. New Zealand does eat a lot of it too, but it's not as common here. The Middle East loves lamb. Yes. They do. And there's a process trying to eat a lots of sheep too. Yeah. So let me go through a few breeds of sheep. And I'm going to go for what to look for when you're buying a sheep.
