How Do You Regulate Your Distraction?

Digital devices provide us increasingly more sources of distraction. Number of external distractions predicted the amount of internal distractions in the next hour. If we're not being interrupted by some external source, then we turn on ourselves and we begin to interrupt ourselves. And so the pattern doesn't come from something outside of us. We further the pattern by drawing on distractions from inside of us.
