I've noticed whenever I check my phone first thing in the morning, like it sets the like it basically primed the pump for the rest of the day where I'm just going to be constantly checking social media, email, etc. But when I don't, it sets a stage or a precedent where I don't do that more off. Just getting out there in nature is a great way to kind of calm you down and kind of get you ready for the day ahead.
