Val and I have that similar anxiety where when it gets bad is one of both our anxieties like meet each other well. The only thing you can do when you think every mall is cancer is just go like maybe you know that great thing where you go "I think we're being insane" That's my favorite thing about being a human is the ability to stop and choose again.
