Live Chat and the Chabots Have Taken Off

We're used to instant gratification. Live chat and chapbots have taken off because we don't want to wait around. It's kind of a medium where people can be molti tasking and do other stuff, much like a podcast,. i think mhy audio is really popular too. We've found that if it's very targeted to a specific audience and has useful information, you get traction for a long time. If it just kind of says here's something ost ust not great, the content doesn't work at this point. I'd rather put out one bad ass book once every quarter than pump them out every other week.
