The better quality sleep that you have, the better performance you have during the day. Stress levels of your day level will become evident in your sleep quality. You got to look at your room, air quality, your bed, your mattress. There's a lot of undiagnosed sleep apnea out there. And then when it comes to work, I no longer buy into the idea that sleep deprivation is necessary for optimal performance.
