I think the devolution is really clear to the mayor of London. But I also think we can work through those political differences. Any kind of long-term devolution settlement would need a long-term industrial strategy. They have a 10-year industrial strategy in Germany, but they have four times the amount of autonomous power as at a local, regional level than we do. So you need both. And do you support the ULA's expansion? Yes.
