The Trial of David Baines

David Cullen Bain was found guilty on all five counts of murder in May 1995. The house at 65 every street where the murders took place, was burned to the ground before his trial. Despite a not guilty plea from David, the prosecution were able to offer a strong enough case that after an 18 day trial he was sentenced to life in prison.
