You could have peanut butter and not have trans fat, right? Oh, yeah, absolutely. Usually that's going to be the peanut butter that has the little layer of oil and you have to take the extra 30 seconds to stir it. You're all through your hands. It's a disaster. I usually opt for maybe like a macadamia nut butter or something like that. But you know, almond butter is sure. I just think that they're overdone. So what are some other foods? Trans fats? Is there anything else you would add in the we should never have category to live longer? I never have. We need to be looking at the bigger picture here.
