The Supreme Court's Decision in Gonzalez vs. YouTube
This wasn't the right case for the Supreme Court to take to understand Section 230. The plaintiffs reached too far in the lift possible defendants, and I felt like that message really came through at the Supreme Court. It's so heartbreaking because on the one hand everyone is sympathetic to the victims. All of them want to see justice for the victims and efforts taken to curb terrorism.
