The unit of measurement is millimoles of ketones per liter of blood. Some people can start feeling it at like 0.5, certainly at 1.0 and that's where you start to feel like a substantial amount of energy that my brain is running off of is coming from ketones. It's interesting because when you run you get runners high that's due to a lot of things. One of the components is that you're starting to create your own ketones and that your brain is running on ketones.
