We are really changing our company into like I said more of a tech company but also like a digital product company so we are really reinventing ourselves on many many layers to build these digital products that our customers love. That is going to take a while we know because it's it's culture change changing the organization that's that is slow and sometimes painful but it's well worth it. And then in a couple of years we yeah everybody in the Netherlands should know that NN is an amazing digital product company has amazing technology"
