Can I Do Cash Payment for Over 1000 Euro in China?
All banks are automatically open to the government in China and it is essentially lawless. There's a database of names at your commercial bank. Your name is tied to the digital currency. You can't spend if you spend more than $1,000, you have to use the credit card. With the central bank digital currency, there's less stops for the money to make. But in the end of the day, it boils down to what level of trust you have with your bank.
