The North Star: A Balanced Approach to EMLA

I feel like you never get the balance just right or it's never static. I have the same challenge because I make a living dealing with people in the world. If I spent all my time in EMLA correspondence, I wouldn't make anything new and I would be out of business pretty shortly. But if I didn't interact with the people that are interested in the stuff I make, I Wouldn't get an idea of what's interesting to them. So you have to find that balance, but to tell you the truth, I don't think there is an easy answer.
