Is It a Hard Workout for an Aron Man Distance?

At 60 to 70 % s not high intensity, but it's not recovery either. As the duration becomes longer, the intensity that becomes hard moves down the scale. If i was turning an iron man distance athlete, more than likely it e're going to o some very long runs, three hours or maybe three plus for the sprint distance. But wi do very few two hour runs. It'll be most like an hour and a half for limping.
