Property prices have gone up about 26% over the last three years or so. But that's only a couple of percent than the price of house in general. So you talk about a boom, but you can easily look at bread and talk about a bust. Everyone wants to buy property now because they want a kind of speculative boom. The cycle remains on track - it's just extended a little bit.
