The 15% average annual returns that we enjoyed for ten years have a price tag. The v shaped recoveries are gone, and both this year failed exactly where you would have expected them to fail. And if you're unable to pick that up by looking at a chart, if you're instead burying yourself in ceo comments from a company that just managed to beat earnings by two pennies, you are missing the very big picture. But what i want to ask is a, don't we have to avoid the arthur burns mistake and have a fed that says, ok, my ork is done here, and then immediately starts the pivot or pause?
