The SEC's Negative Approach to Capital Formation
It just seems like a particularly pernicious approach by the SEC and very hostile to capital formation. I think what you're going to see is exchanges and stablecoin companies, probably pull back from some of these assets that are named. It's sort of like the equivalent in the early internet if the government were to come in and just say during the OSI versus TCP battles,. A lot of people would have just started building things on top of TCP IP as a result.
